履历 

l 2004/09-2008/07,球友会生物技术专业,获学士学位;

l 2008/09-2014/01,中国科球友会昆明植物研究所,获博士学位;

l 2014/07-2021/10,球友会,讲师;

l 2021/11-至今,球友会,副教授。

研究方向

主要从事比较与进化基因组学研究,曾作为主要完成人深度参与多个重要模式物种的基因组组装及比较演化分析。当前研究兴趣聚焦于现存最原始的脊椎动物类群——七鳃鳗独特的程序性基因组重排(Programmed Genome Rearrangement, PGR)现象,综合运用基因组学、转录组学、表观基因组学等多维组学前沿技术,结合比较基因组学与生物信息学手段,系统解析七鳃鳗PGR过程中消除序列的精准靶向识别规律及程序性启动的分子机制,并深入探讨该现象在脊椎动物早期演化与基因组重塑中的生物学意义。
